A submitted request is not final until Shuvamstu confirms the practitioner, scope, timing, and complete price. Ritual requirements may vary by family tradition and practitioner.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, location, timing, and relevant service information. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

Practitioners are responsible for delivering confirmed services professionally. Availability may change before confirmation, in which case Shuvamstu may propose another time or practitioner.

Payments

No payment is collected through the current website. Payment instructions are provided only after booking details and pricing are confirmed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with availability for other customers.
