Before confirmation

You may cancel a booking request using its secure management link before it is completed.

Confirmed services

Contact Shuvamstu as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Practitioner travel, purchased samagri, or completed preparation may affect the refundable amount.

Refunds

Because online payment is not currently collected by this website, any refund for an externally recorded payment is reviewed and communicated by support. Approved refunds are returned through the original or mutually agreed method.

Service changes

If Shuvamstu or the assigned practitioner cannot deliver a confirmed service, we will offer rescheduling, reassignment, or an appropriate refund for amounts received.
